1. Alexander is at the doctors with stomach cramps and the doctor proceeds to attach electrodes to shock his abs. Each shock causes his abs to contract and/or his stomach to vacuum. The doctor also uses tweezers on his tiny outie.
2. Alexander is tied to a chair and takes advantage of his hot body. Eventually he is tied down to the bed and worked over.
